For me, comfort is combining warmth, easy knitting and lots of colour into a snuggly accessory which will keep me cosy on a cold day. This cowl is worked in the way I like to make my cowls (i.e. long and reasonably narrow which bunches up when worn) but you can adapt it to suit your own preferred style of cowl by just increasing the number of cast on stitches. I like rib at the ends but if you prefer a rolled edge, then just cast on and start knitting! For this cowl, I held a strand of DK weight yarn and a strand of my undyed yak cloud base together throughout and it created a lovely, large cowl which is soft, fluffy and oh so warm.

Each kit contains 50g of our yak cloud base (baby alpaca, merino, yak and silk) or 50g of our mohair base (superkid mohair and silk) , 12 x 10g standard DK mini skeins and a printed copy of the pattern.
